The Five Element Qigong is a simple yet powerful 9-movement form based on the Five Element theory of Chinese medicine. It is a way to open the energy systems of the body and harmonize the organ systems. When the elements and energies are balanced inside there is health.

Organ Cleansing Qigong

This form is designed to facilitate energy flow throughout the body. This energy flows through the Yin and Yang organs, through the acupuncture meridians, as well as the energy field. This form is beneficial in helping to overcome blocks and stagnation that develops in the body.

Qigong Movements - Forms Taught on a Rotational Basis

Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong - cultivate feminine strength, flexibility, emotional and physical balance, passion for life and compassion for self and others with this powerful Women’s Qigong.

Wuji Qigong - learn simple, effective exercises designed to open up the shoulders and release tension, improve balance and circulation and much more!

Yi Jing Jin - Yi Jin Jing is a relatively intense form of exercise that aims at strengthening the muscles and tendons, promoting strength and flexibility, speed and stamina, balance and coordination of the body. 

Hunyuan Qigong - A rare and powerful form of qigong for health and meditation from the ancient Taoist tradition. 

Ba Duan Jin - The Eight Pieces of Brocade - this form was developed during the twelfth century by the famous general Yueh Fei (who also created the Hsing I internal martial art) as a way to strengthen the body, to balance the vital functions and to drive stagnant energy and toxins from the system.
