Organ Cleansing and Strengthening Qigong is a gentle yet powerful Qigong form. This easy to learn set includes an energy balancing phase and then moves into Qigong forms specifically focusing on cleansing and strengthening the heart, lungs, liver, stomach, intestines, kidneys and the nervous system. The set ends with another energy balancing and grounding movement, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.

Qigong Movements - Forms Taught on a Rotational Basis

Shibashi TaiChi/Qigong 1, 2, 3 - an 18-movement form based on the philosophy of Tai Chi and extracts some of the movements from the Yang style Tai Chi Chuan. Reduce mental stress and physical tension carried in the muscles of the body.

Hunyuan Qigong - A rare and powerful form of qigong for health and meditation from the ancient Taoist tradition. 

Ba Duan Jin - The Eight Pieces of Brocade - this form was developed during the twelfth century by the famous general Yueh Fei (who also created the Hsing I internal martial art) as a way to strengthen the body, to balance the vital functions and to drive stagnant energy and toxins from the system.
